Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.
• Cancellations made 20 days or more before the trip departure date will receive a full refund (excluding any processing charges, if applicable).
• Cancellations made between 5 to 19 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure are non-refundable.
If the trip is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational issues), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 18% of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the host/vendor at the time of check-in or as per their policy.
